having fun doing abstracty sort of landscape thumbnailing

yes. yes it is.

 

slowly, slowly, slowly figuring out how to put together characters and get more meaningful iteration/variation done. Used a bunch of fitness model pics offa tumblr for reference- holy crap was that ever a mixed bag of photos.

in progress. the design needs a bit more work.. reasonable render though

scribbling away… faces and brooches and spears. I think the brooch is destined to be a skull but i’m glad i looked at some other options anyway.

scribbles and doodles after work- mostly because vikings are cool.

 

mean lookin’ hoglike beasties, because someone had to do it. i love throwing a flat gray behind my lineart because it makes the lineart look halfway decent.
